What this certificate means: it records that you completed this self-paced foundation course. Your progress is checked in your own browser, knowledge checks are not proctored, your identity is not verified, and no one reviews your portfolio. It is not a real estate license, a professional certification or accreditation, and it does not guarantee employment.

Required learning progress

Complete the lesson sections, applied activities, practice artifacts, and knowledge checks in each module. Each knowledge check requires a score of at least 80%. You may review the explanations and retry a check as needed.
